Rollie's is a family owned & operated bakery and café located in Tustin, California.
Our food, including our handmade corn tortillas, is homemade and cooked to order!
We have a full selection of Mexican sweet breads, baked fresh everyday. We make slices of Flan daily. Full custom Flan cakes can be pre-ordered.
We serve authentic Mexican food such as Chorizo & Egg Burritos, Tacos and Sopes on handmade corn tortillas, Tortas, Enchiladas, and Quesadillas.
We serve authentic Bolivian food as well, including our popular handmade Salteñas. A Salteña is a sweet & savory baked Bolivian empanada packed with ground beef, chicken, potatoes, peas, eggs, olives and raisins. Other Bolivian dishes include Lomo Montado, Sil Pancho, Fricase, Sopa de Mani, Pique a lo Macho, and more.
